QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Does it work with plusnet?

Yes, this device will work with all service providers that use a standard telephone line for your broadband connection.

  • How do I connect it to my router?

To connect this to your router, simply disconnect your existing cable going to your telephone socket and insert this device inline. It plugs directly into the back of the router and your existing cable then plugs into the dongle.

REIN is difficult to prove at the best of times, but seemed to be the only remaining possibility, so decided I had nothing to lose. It took a week for the line to fully synchron (...) show more

I was sceptical as I had a very stable VDSL connection before I had this device. After fitting gained another few megabits and lowest SNR up and down in 30 days. Results showed after a full power off for 15 minutes

I bought this item to try and resolve my internet issues. I couldn't be more impressed, our internet had been dropping out and the BT chaps couldn't resolve the issue even after visiting 7 times. This little dongle thing has sorted the issue all at once!

Speed went up by 10 mb by just plugging it in. Phone engineer said he thinks there was rein interference on the line, this seems to improved the situation. Found this by accident after a Google search.
