January 28, 2024 at 2:43 pm #30310Welcome, that is interesting as I have just also looked and 3.0.0.4.388_33144 for the ASUS TUF AX6000 is not available.
I know ASUS RT-AX59U had a recent firmware release RT-AX59U Version 3.0.0.4.388_33144 which they (ASUS) have withdrawn due to issues with Apple Devices, so I assume the same for the TUF AX6000.
if you use apple devices, might be worth going back to your previous firmware release

June 1, 2024 at 5:48 pm #32399Unfortunately, this router isn’t widely available in Canada. I’ve been eyeing on the TUF-AX4200 instead since it regularly goes on sale here, but I still debating if I want to lose out on Asuswrt-Merlin support (due to Mediatek chipset).

June 1, 2024 at 6:09 pm #32400Loss of ASUSWRT-Merlin is a big choice, luckily the TUF-AX4200 does have OpenWrt support if that helps

June 5, 2024 at 1:35 pm #32436TUF-AX6000 also has OpenWRT support but definitely look at the TUF-AX4200 (imo OpenWRT > Merlin). You can also look at the RT-AX59U. It has identical hardware to the TUF-AX4200 but only has 1 Gbps ports.
