So put the VM hub4 (I think)  in “modem mode” which I think you have done already as per other threads

On you RT-N56U make sure you are running the latest firmware (Version 3.0.0.4.380.73780)

The RT-N56U is an old router model (2017 was last firmware release) so try setting up the router via QiS option and hopefully it will pick up the connection type automatically.

If the setup fails try setting the WAN on the N56U to DHCP/auto (if that exist) or dynamic IP and then power off Router and Hub, then power back on router and leave on for 5 minutes and then power on hub and see if that connects.

Virgin is a tricky set-up at best (temperamental)
