Welcome, support for Office 2010 ended on October 13, 2020 so that is not ideal.

Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10 on October 14th, 2025.

Q. What are you looking to upgrade after Windows 10 on your PC /Windows 11 on new hardware / PC ?

As far as I can tell, you can downgrade from Office 365 to office 10 as long as Office 10 is not the Professional Version
