I like the part, ‘an employee used ChatGPT to convert meeting notes into a presentation’ this does happen (I have seen it) where an individual uses say an online word to pdf converter or a Google Translate like service to convert an agenda, meeting notes etc. but do not realise that the data is saved externally.
