So bit more looking – seems the 1650 is 75watt power consumption

the RTX 3050 TDP is 130watts so average will be lower under normal load

Implies around 107 watts? bit confused when idle is 133 watts…

Not sure if these are 100% accurate but is a starting point anyway to look.
