A real shock for myself also, seems Tom’s Hardware reported that Ebuyer’s landlord, Urban Logistics Acquisitions 6 Ltd, filed a winding‑up petition on 1 August 2025 because Ebuyer could not pay its debts and now the Frasers Group has completed a pre‑pack acquisition.

Frasers Group has a habit of buying distressed retailers cheaply and similar has happened with MatchesFashion, Jack Wills, Game, and others.
