Alas I visited the https://forum.netduma.com Forum this morning and as yet still no Netduma/Netgear update for the Netgear XR500
Alas, I have a feeling they (Netduma) are going to end up going down the same route as ASUS did for their DSL products.
Good idea (DSL) > Join Forum (ASUSVIP) and have ASUS Reps) > Get hammered for poor quality (hardware/firmware) > ASUS DSL Reps no longer visit Forum > Forum eventually a non entity as are their DSL Products.
A little blinkered view I admit, but this is a business model not ideally suited for the online Gaming community
