At first look, the new RT-AX86U Pro looks simular to the RT-AX86U, but underneath the case has a slightly higher clock speed CPU of 2ghz CPU vs 1.8ghz for RT-AX86U.

I have seen views that RAM usage could creep upwards over time but a reboot seems to fix that.

I seem to recall there was an issue with Guest Wifi 1 (2.4)  having issues in an earlier release, but no idea if that has been fixed etc.

Yes, I saw some reviews of ram usage creeping up and a reboot fixed it but then also others reporting no ram issues so bit 50/50 it seems.  Not seen anything regarding 2.4 WIFI so will hold out a bit and see what opinions are in new year I think. A lot of my stuff runs on 2.4 so don’t want to mess that up.
