The FRITZ!Box 5690 XGS sounds interesting as its a new high end Fiber model that supports XGS-PON Fiber up to 10 GBit/s or an ONT on the WAN port up to 10 GBit/s

Then 4690 might be even better for you, 2x 10G, 3x 2,5G LAN Ports.

The FRITZ!Box 4690 has a 10G WAN port – I (we) can dream of being able to have access to those speeds.
