I have a Fritz!Box 7530AX Router at home connected to a fibre to the house ISP. I also have the GL.iNet GL-MT1300 which I use as a travel router when staying away at hotels etc.
With the 7.5x firmware on the 7530AX I can now establish a site to site VPN using the WireGuard features built into both routers, so can now see my home network when in a hotel.
However what I also want to do is for any internet traffic from the GL-MT1300 LAN to go through the VPN to my Fritz!BoxAX & then out to the internet via my home fibre. I cannot work out how to achieve this. I can get the GL-MT1300 to send all traffic via the VPN but then can’t get on the internet from any device on the GL-MT1300 LAN.
Any suggestions welcome ??

August 1, 2023 at 9:19 am #26170Welcome, Do Fritz!Box 7530AX LAN local clients at home easily have access to Internet, it is only access to your home via VPN and out again is where the challenge is ?
@Grisu, is this something similar to what you have set up at your home also ?In a completely sane world, madness is the only freedom (J.G.Ballard).

I use VPN only to connect to other Fritzboxes for remote service and this is running very well for me, even after updates they are online.

Thanks for looking and it is a tricky problem BTW, are you aware of any Fritz!Box emulators out on the internet ?

August 1, 2023 at 8:22 pm #26177@terrynoriega-durrant – Can you ping say google.com and does this work, but the web page does not appear.
If so, untick the “allow full tunnel” option and give it a try.
BTW;
I did notice these instructions a while ago and is from AVM, it seems the Fritz!box can support multiple WireGuard VPN’s, then you can configure a second WireGuard VPN to connect to an internet anonymization service (VPN provider). You can also specify whether all or only some of your devices in the home network can access the internet via the VPN provider.
