Main Forum Page Slower than other Pages

Looking through the forums, I have changed the way the main forum page looks (https://uktechhub.com/forums/) as this page is the slowest page for the whole website.

Hopefully the new look (still in progress) is usable and page load speed has reduced by nearly 40% which is most positive.
