January 28, 2024 at 8:42 pm #30325That is bad news, I love using wordpad for quick note taking etc.
Shame there is no way of saving this little gem for future use, or is there ?

February 2, 2024 at 6:39 pm #30367Interesting, my Windows 11 Dell laptop has the following path to my Wordpad.exe file
“%ProgramFiles%\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe”
I have copied wordpad.exe to another drive path and when the application is run, a message appears to state ‘unable to create new document’.
More investigation required I thing
