Plusnet has begun migrating its email service to Greenby, a new provider run by Enix Ltd. This change affects all Plusnet email users and will be fully completed by mid-July 2025.

What’s Changing?

• Your email address stays the same
  You’ll still use addresses like yourname@username.plus.com.

• Emails now handled by Greenby
  Greenby will provide the email platform, including webmail and support.

• You’ll need to log in via Greenby
  Once migrated, access your email through Greenby’s website using your full email address and your existing password.

 

Is It Still Free?

• Yes, for broadband customers
  If you still have Plusnet broadband, your email will remain free for at least 2 years.

• £15/year for email-only users
  If you no longer have broadband with Plusnet but still use the email, Greenby will charge £15 per year, after a 30-day free trial.
