Online I am seeing many issues with Zen GEA migration as users having issues with line speeds, (FTTP) packets being dropped and fluctuating speeds during the course of a typical day.

It has been noted that as soon as users migrate back to BT Wholesale this fixes the issue.

Issue is ZEN backhaul as this happens when they migrate all customers from BT Wholesale’s WBMC to their own backhaul ( Openreach GEA-FTTx plus Zen) which is unfortunate as they have had a good reputation until this point.
