Student accommodation Broadband Wifi Deals

So looking at Student Accommodation for one of our teens and a lot of house shares are available for 9 months (42 weeks) rental but a few of them do not include Broadband wifi as part of the costs.

Looking around, seems only BT  offer a 9 months contract for accommodation that already have a DSL line connected to student rental property, just not the DSL service activated.

Prices are around £34 month which included the standard BT Wireless Hub.

Virgin Media offer a 1 month rolling contract @£50 a month, but this is a full fibre service which offers speeds upto 516 Mbps but the area / property has to be already Virgin media Fibre enabled to the property.
