Forum Update: A Fresh New Look for the Front Page
Over the past few weeks we’ve been making a number of improvements to the forum layout and navigation experience. The forum homepage now features a cleaner ‘improved’ card-based design, improved spacing, clearer category separation, and a more modern appearance across desktop and mobile devices.
These changes are designed to make it easier to discover discussions, browse forum categories, and quickly find the latest activity. As always, this is still work in progress so please let us know what you think and report anything that doesn’t look quite right.
Thank you for helping make UKTechHub a better community for everyone.

October 11, 2026 at 8:37 am #44310Sorry, didnt realize any changes.Β

But the range to read postings is only about a forth of my 27″ monitor.
So titles and other things uses a lot to much space.
Even attachments could be much smaller.
Just my personal 2 cent about this topic.-

October 11, 2026 at 5:05 pm #44324You could eventually make title UK-TechHub and TechForum in one line which will give 2cm more for text on my monitor.
And under the menu, why does “active freshness” need 5 cm to the next line? 2cm would be more than enough with no space to the tabs above.
I’m not a designer, just spoken as technician.

October 11, 2026 at 5:55 pm #44326When you have time, could I ask you to screen shot (dump) an image of how your seeing Β βactive freshnessβΒ as this would be most useful.
Also what screen resolution are you using with the 27″ monitor ?

If you have time and the energy, try changing the DNS to your previous IP just to test, then if this works I can contact ‘Report a false positive to HaGeZi’ directly.
