I’m not so sure the VPN service is stopping working, in this scenario my phone is connected to the VPN all the time and was working as I wrote this. I even disconnected the phone from the VPN and reconnected no problem using the OpenVPN app from the play store. I turned my lpatop on and tried to connect but it would just fail and retry several times with no connection, when this happened I looked at the router VPN settings and seen the error and that’s when I have to restart the VPN and re-download a new config file for my laptop and then it connects again. On the laptop I am using OpenVPN Gui from openvpn.net. I’m wondering if I should create another user just for the laptop and try that or will it matter? I am on Sky BB. I haven’t noticed any changes or to be honest I haven’t looked as everything just normally workes.
How do I screen dump my VPN settings please.
