I also remember reading a while back that if you have a flat smooth floor surface, to stop the car ramps sliding across the floor when you drive upto them, get some silicon sealant and smooth a thin layer over underside of ramp (and allow to dry) which touches the floor, this will help stop the ramps sliding .
