Hi, In Germany you use PSTN where in UK, most of Europe we use POTS.

ASUS have the DSL-AC88U (B) which is suitable for Germany/Czech – there is a manual for the DSL-AC52U in German,  so I assume the DSL-AC52U should work in Germany.

Try Firmware (Stock) Version 1.1.2.3_552  (as this is a good version)

If you are on VDSL, try changing the VDSL Profile from 30a to 17a ?
