Yeah, i’m torn between the 2. In some respects Dashlane looks good due to an easier to use interface it seems but the removing of the app makes me dubious re browser hacks etc.
1Passwords sounds good but was predominantly mac it seems so unsure how good the PC/android side is is and it seems takes a bit more to get used to but once you are used to it its meant to be ok/easy to use.
Shared vault sounds good to share pswds with other family members for this.
Problem seems to be many reviews/videos are sponsored as they have discount codes so it seems clear they seem to favour one more than another, not found a “independent” review yet, most I’m finding all 1 or the other. One even scores 1Password higher compared to around 4 or 5 others and is the one they use themselves i believe so again slightly biased.
Also need to work out how easy it is to get pswds out should I ever choose to switch to a different one due to any breaches that appear or a better product comes along etc.
Thinking I might wait till new IOS comes out and can then see new versions and see what the additional features are etc.
