If you have those options it should not matter much when Openreach decide to do your area.

If you want to find out it though: https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband/where-when-building-ultrafast-full-fibre-broadband

Scroll down a little and you will see a map. Put in your postcode and it will tell you if they are building in the next 12 months.

Also put your postcode and building into https://bidb.uk

This will tell you of any other prividers laying fibre in your area.
