I tend to rotate passwords and email addresses regularly on all the important areas such as Banks, Credit cards, Utilities and Online Shopping etc.
I also ensure my Wallet is RFID blocker and take a general approach to a lot of areas including shredding paper docs etc.
A numbers game, but no harm in changing the odds in your favour
