FYI: There are a few free (ish) type services out there, maybe worth putting you email address in the below and this will give you a quick summary of personal data exposure etc.
I tested my main email and no data breaches found and then I tested an older email address which I know had been leaked in the past and there was an alert about personal data exposures (a few years ago).
