This is not good form some Windows 11 users whom have upgraded there window 10 os by non approved methods on unsupported hardware

will be interesting if my Dell laptop  i7 8th Gen with no TPM 2.0 will be effected also ?

I am using 22H2 currently and my laptop is 8th Gen, so I should be ok, as it is Pre 8th Gen CPU’s that are impacted, but I am more curious whether any issues with non-complaint TPM 2.0 will cause issues with this windows 24H2 release.

Windows 11 version 24H2 is expected to launch at some point in the second half of 2024, so a little time before I/we need to panic
