You should be hitting 53 Mbps, I forget what router you have  (ASUS) , maybe turn off AiProtection, Try from mobile device, try fixed wire test rather than wifi, if testing via wifi, try 5 ghz

Maybe QoS is On and should be turned Off (for testing).
