OMG! So far this morning my Fritz!Box 3490 has been a real nightmare, resynch with Cab multiple times, reduced my line synch from 55 / 10 (capped) to 45 / 0.20 yes 0.2. – finally got it back t0 normal by plugging in my DrayTeK 130 modem. then plugged back in Fritz!Box 3490 and DSL disconnects happen every 15 – 20 mins.
Either the new Fritz!OS 07.12 is broken or I had a bad firmware download – either way, it is not a good start .
Edit: So this afternoon I factory reset router and rebuilt from scratch, during my testing I noticed issues with IPv6 and so left the Fritz!Box 3490 on IPv4 this afternoon and all seemed to be stable, tonight I have switched on IPv6 (dual stack) and so far all working as expected, I can only assume (hope) as I am with BT, they may have had issues with their IPv6 distribution (servers) in my area and hence my initial problems?
Either way, what a fun day (not) ;-)
