Tricky one as as you say, most are US focused.

I have seen Revoke (Revoke.com) which is UK based and £10 per month (ish) and I think you can cancel after the first month or two.

Another option I have seen is Rightly (Rightly.co.uk) which again provides a removal service and also monitoring.

Nice idea to use both options for a few month, that way you get a great head start in removing your digital footprint and it can take 1-3 months for initial data removal requests to propagate across all platforms and databases.
