try SSH to router and enter these commands:

nvram set asuscfeATEMODE=0
nvram set asuscfecommit=1

Then reboot and factory reset to see if it’s ok.

 

PS: First answer with some more possibilities (OC and region-free) with lot of text got error message?!?
