I think it’s an unrelated question to ask but I need to know the procedure to archive Apple Email. I found on the web a manual method which I tried but didn’t get any result. Therefore, I searched for other options and it shows me three more options i.e. online tools, offline tools and last to hire an expert to do so. I want to know if anyone has archived their emails and if yes how?

The best option is to use offline tools. You can search them on the web.

But there are so many tools available. Can you suggest one?

    Q. Are you looking at archiving your older emails as your  iCloud storage is full. ?
