So one of my Laptops uses Bitdefender security suite and recently it has started to block the following URL and classed it as Critical.

    cs.axis-marketplace.com

Alas not much information out there and I believe Bitdefender is not happy with there expired Certificate, hence the initial block.

chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to cs.axis-marketplace.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since websites must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk

axis-marketplace.com is a digital ad strategy company so does seem as though malware/popup is add related and no real harm, but annoying.

I have allowed Bitdefender to keep blocking the URL – cs.axis-marketplace.com and have not noticed any adverse effect.

This is what Bing’s – Copilot has to say about cs.axis-marketplace.com

    cs.axis-marketplace.com

It looks like cs.axis-marketplace.com is associated with Axis, a programmatic advertising marketplace. Axis helps advertisers and publishers connect and streamline their digital ad strategies using AI-based technologies.

However, some users have reported issues with Bitdefender blocking this site due to an expired security certificate. This might be causing the pop-up warnings you’re seeing.
