So my Wife’s Citroen C3 Flair ‘MyCitroen’ app was showing an update was available to version – 5_096_20.0h022.23 07/06/2022

So I dug out a 16GB USB flash drive (FAT32) and downloaded the two files needed to update to Version – 5_096_20.0h022.23 07/06/2022
- license_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.key
- rcc_update folder including sub folders after extraction
Files size was around – 7.68GB and has been copied to USB flash drive
Now plan to updates Citroen’s Firmware over the weekend and will be following instructions as per attachment below

So this morning I checked the System software / firmware version of our Citroen C3 which is 063D
I then started engine and inserted USB stick into the USB slot by Gear Lever and following the onscreen instruction which took about 20 minutes to complete.
The Citroen C3 is now running system version 069D but have noticed we are now no longer able to activate the MUTE option on the Radio by the Screens control knob which is most ODD and annoying.

Update: after leaving Citroen for a couple of hours, Radio Mute button now works

As a follow up, it does appear this new update (version 069D) has improved the connection (Bluetooth and USB) for iOS – CarPlay the service now works without having to unplug USB and then re-connect, or disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth

On your post from 19th November, it details vehicle is Citroen C5 Aircross, but above you say Citroen C3 ?
I have check VIN you gave against a dB and seems to be Citroen C3, can you confirm
