In short, YES! but ward is dependent on how you drive.
When fitted to electric vehicles, conventional tyres will wear considerably faster than those specifically designed for electric vehicles. Due to the extra weight carried by an electric car, conventional tyres won’t be able to handle their torque, and therefore won’t last as long.
Electric cars can accelerate quicker than conventional cars, so extra wear occurs as a result on the wheels which are powered by the electric motor (front usually) in UK.
