So I tried the PDF24 creator and must say, for a free PDF utility, works rather well.

PDF24 Creator is created by Geek Software GmbH whom’s Licence is Freeware, but did require registration and is developed in Germany.

I used PDF24 Creator to convert .PDF to Word and add a couple of images to existing .PDF’s and this worked very well
