IP address (maybe DNS) is 1.1.1.1 which is Cloudflare and they do offer parental type controls for Families ?

Also it is saying on the NSLOOKUP Google.com that the server is called One.One.One.One or tat maybe the DNS resolver ?

Not sure what is going on with DNS resolver, but I think your issues maybe Cloudflare ?

no probs mate was just frustrated changed to 8.8.8.8 8but still wont let me in to the forum or reddit or my server

in the draytek 

after rebooting both the switch and the router now nslookup is looking up 8.8.8.8
