So my LG OLED TV has streamed Netflix and Amazon movies ok, but has always struggled when using LG Web Browser whilst connected to 2.4GHz wifi.
So I changed the LG TV to connect to the 5GHz wifi with Control Channel set to 36 on the router and the TV now works and streams perfectly.
For myself at least, the 5 GHz wifi seems to be preferred way of wireless streaming for my LG TV
