I have noticed this over the last week or so on a Windows 11 device running NordPass Version 5.24.13 , seems ….
Some NordPass users have recently encountered a login issue with NordPass where the app or browser extension fails to authenticate, showing the error: “authorization header not provided.” This problem was first reported in late September 2025 and affects both desktop and browser-based logins.
Strangely for myself, the problem first started using Edge, so I switched to Chrome which worked for a while, now no longer works I assume to an expired Token etc.
Edit: I have performed a back-up of my Nordpass passwords to a USB device etc. just incase.

Looking at this a little more closely, seems NordPass Version 5.24.13 is 12 months out of date but was working well, recently I updated a laptop form Windows 11 24H2 to 25H2 and this correlates to when the issues with Nordpass occurred.
I am now running NordPass Version 7.0.31 and no more “Authorization Header Not Provided” messages thus far ![]()
