In the UK, service provider Talk Talk broadband have two modes of connection to its Fibre services, PPPoE and Automatic IP.
Always upgrade to the latest firmware available and then reset to default and go through QIS to setup, Talk Talk Fibre offers two different services, one with PPPoE and another with Automatic IP, both with VLAN ID 101. So select United Kingdom via QIS manual setting and try both TalkTalk (PPPoE) and TalkTalk (Automatic IP) options, see which one works.
