The best student laptops: all the best options for school

    From TechRadar – Student Laptop

The top laptops for college students this year:

The best laptop for students beautifully balance value and performance, so that they can deliver the level of performance students need for schoolwork while saving them some cash as well. After all, school can get very expensive very fast without even factoring in shelling out some money to purchase one of the best laptops for students.

Staying on budget matters a lot, especially for college students who also need to pay for housing and are already scrimping with their steady diet of instant ramen. However, performance also matters, so that not just any budget laptop will do. The best laptops for students also deliver a performance good enough for getting schoolwork and projects done, with a bit of video streaming, movie watching and perhaps some gaming in between.

The top contenders for the best laptops for students put value over having the top-of-the-line processors and graphics cards, giving you some budget-friendly options. And yet, they still have enough juice to get you through a demanding workload then let you partake in some post-schoolwork entertainment.

You don’t need to stay with Windows 10, either, as some of the best Chromebooks are also capable of going head to head with some of the best laptops while being economical.

Just wondering there is no acer it this listing.

We have them twice and quite happy about for a good price.

Latest is an Acer Swift 3 SF314 and no problems so far.

I have owned one a few year back and it was dreadfull, but on a positive it was a fair price

Alas TrustPilot (UK) rates ACER Laptops very poor

I used to love Sony Laptops, but since they no longer manufacture Laptops, I have switched to Dell
