I have Sky Q top box but use a different router for kids Gaming etc .

Would you mind telling me which router you use for the kids gaming and did you have to do anything clever to make it work with the Sky box?

Thankyou for the speedy response. I am not entirely sure I understand it. 2 points of confusion.

1) i was not aware the Sky Q set top box was a WAP?  I do have 1 Sky Q mini box, i assumed that connected to the router, suppose it me connecting to the main box?

2) My problem is caused by 2 many wifi connections to the router. Would wifi connecting to the Sky Q box actually help this in any way??

PS You have probably gathered that whilst I have a modicum of technical knowledge I know very little about networks, routers, firewalls etc, it all confuses the heck out of me
