I am the Chief Marketing Officer at Zaptest, a software testing, and rpa automation tool. I love everything related to emerging technologies and I am always on the lookout for the next tool (a bit of a geek ). I am the author of 4 books, I hold three Master's degrees (MBA, MA in Marketing & Innovation, MSc in Data Science), a Diploma in VR and Game Development and I completed the Disruptive Digital Marketing Program at the University of Oxford. Overall a strong believer in the principle of hyper-automation, or "automation of everything" and commodification of all things digital.
