Dont understand why you would loose phone number and internet if you port to a different provider, thats the sense of porting to keep old phone number.
If it is a help to you: You can split signal or to be more clearly cable and connect internet (DSL) to newer 7530 and phone signal to old 7490.
All you need are propper cables as POTS analog input for 7490 are not the middle 2 pins (which are used for DSL) but the next pair of pins.
The other VoIP-phone number will stay configured on DSL-router
But you can mesh with ‘phone mesh’ so you could connect both phones to 7490 (used as mesh client) FON1 for POTS and FON2 for VoIP line. POTS directly to 7490 and VoIP ‘kind of meshed’ to 7490.
