Students have a car (and no money for fuel)? Either or – otherwise they should think about what they necessarily need to live. Usually I will pay more than 50€ for a full filling (on larger cars even more and no reason to fill before empty), so I cant really see the problem.
Life as a student to choose between fun, education or food etc. including pier pressure 
for the most of us, not a problem, but still the principle remains, should Visa and MasterCard be allowed to pre-hold ÂŁ99 of you money ?
