Does sound like an Authentication or VLAN issue?

How have you obtained Username and Password for ASUS Router PPP Authentication?

For clarity, hold down reset button for a least 10 seconds and then release and hopefully set-up will start and you can Select Sky Fibre.

Try the MAC Clone Option (should not be needed, but worth a try)

Select Zero (0) as priority (if needed)

VLAN ID is 101

Set MTU to 1500

VDSL2 profile to 17a db
