It now looks like FW 42095 has been removed from the ASUS servers.
There also seems to be a chipset or design change on the XT8 on routers with production year 2022?
This is what it says on FW prior to 46061, Any ideas what it could be:

If your router’s production year is 2022 or above, DO NOT downgrade to this versionPlease check the back label for the production year.
