outDiscards is how many outbound packets were discarded without errors.
This can be caused by buffer size which is a router specific.
Have you got any other kit connected to your network (switch) ?
Have you changed the MTU value and try changing upload QoS to 15% below your synch rate to reduce outDiscards and 10-15% below download synch rate to see if CRC / packet loss is reduced ?
