On a windows PC, go to CMD.exe and type ‘tracert 8.8.8.8’

If you see the first two hops in private IP addresses, then there is a double NAT in your network

Note, you may have to tweak the VLAN ID settings a little as not sure if DSL-N16 will handle this under WAN or LAN (iptv) settings
