Sounds like you have set up the DrayTeK as I would have, are yo connected via Wifi or wired and if not already, ensure IGMP Snooping (proxy) is enabled and see if this helps (LAN > IPTV)?
AiProtection for DSL-AC88U, does seem to show same characteristics as your GT-AX11000, On even when it should be Off, and way to much packet inspection from/between LAN based appliances/devices.
If issues are via wifi, under Wireless > Professional, there should be option to Enable IGMP Snooping etc. or at least there is this option on my RT-AC86U.
If pos, turn off AiP and reboot router and only enable once 4K streaming / flooding is working etc. ;-)
