I assume you are on Firmware Version 3.0.0.4.384.5252 ?
They key with AiP, is if it is On or Off, then Memory usage is higher with AiP On than Off (Linux Stuff)
I assume nothing else has changed since you removed the old DSL-AC68U and replaced it with the GT-AX11000 etc? and I assume it was 4K running prior?
