I can’t find the model number, but assuming that it’s the same thing as the Product Number, it’s FW12EA#ABU.

I’ve spent the afternoon on the HP website updating virtually every driver I could find including all display and graphics drivers listed.

Alas it’s not made any difference but there’s now an error message in Windows Notifications

“Display Connection might be limited.
Make sure the DisplayPort device that you’re connecting to is supported by your PC.  Select this message for more troubleshooting info”

Of course, I’m not even using a display port!

I’m currently on the phone to HP Support.  Hopefully they’ll be able to give me a solution.  I’ll be in touch….
